Merton Council to consult with businesses on the Council’s annual budget plans

As part of Merton Council’s efforts to be a great place for business, the Leader of the Council and senior officials are to meet with local firms to ask their views on the council’s budget and business plan proposals, and to encourage take up of support for business available through the council.

 

Leader of the council, Councillor Mark Allison will be hosting a virtual meeting on Tuesday, 25 January 2022, 6pm –7pm along with council officers and cabinet members to answer any questions and address concerns business owners may have about the proposals for 2022/23 and the business plan 2022-26.

 

The meeting is part of the council’s annual consultation with businesses on the financial decisions it has to make to balance the budget and plan for the coming four years.
