Message from Transport for London Road Network (TLRN)

A part of our Capital Renewals programme, we will be undertaking resurfacing work on the A3 at Kingston Vale which will commence from Wednesday 24 February and will continue till 12 March 2021 with work beginning on the A3 at the junction at Stag Lane (Roehampton Vale) and will continue along the A3 Kingston Bypass (junction with Robin Hood Lane).

Work will take place during night-time hours from 21:00 till 05:00 throughout. I can confirm the road will be reopened to traffic outside of this schedule.

These works are essential to the long-term maintenance of the road network and while we understand the impact that this will have to traffic locally, we have taken the opportunity during this National Lockdown and lower traffic flow to undertake this complex scheme.

In order to facilitate the works, we will be implementing diversion arrangements for traffic wishing to travel between these points. Please note below detail of the east (LB Wandsworth & LB Merton) and west (RB Kingston) diversions.

East Diversion (Wandsworth/Merton)
West Diversion (Kingston/Merton)
