Mental Health in the Workplace
In 2019, over 600,000 people in the UK reported feeling stressed or anxious within the workplace. This accounted for 44% of work-related illnesses. It is important for employers to spot signs and symptoms of mental health problems in the workplace and develop strategies to overcome these and create happier, healthier working environments.

- develop skills in managing workplace stress
