Online Payments All transactions on this website go through WorldPay's secure online credit card system. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when your order is placed using 128 bit encryption.
At no time does any member of Merton Chamber of Commerce have access to your credit card details. When you place your order on our site, you are seamlessly taken through to WorldPay's secure servers. We are informed of the transaction and your transaction is confirmed to you both by WorldPay (shopper's receipt) and by Merton Chamber of Commerce (confirmation email).
We do have access to the transaction by transaction number, in order to give you partial or full refunds, and view the detail of the transaction (contact details, etc.,) but at no time are we able to view your credit card details.

Refunds and Cancellations

Chamber Membership We do not give partial refunds for
early cancellation of Chamber Membership. Once membership is taken up, it
will run it's 12 months and naturally expire if the membership is not
renewed. You will be invited to renew your membership some weeks prior to
the expiry date.
Events We do not give refunds for event bookings,
however, we will gladly transfer your booking to the next available event, by
way of a 'credit'. You may select an event of your choice on which to use
your available 'credit'.
