This introductory workshop is aimed at Business owner managers wishing to develop a basic understanding of how to manage their commercial and employment contractual risks and obligations effectively. It will enable participants to identify the kind of key contracts and agreements they may need to have in place to ensure the business manages its commercial and employment risks.
Participants will develop an understanding of the basic issues that need to be considered when preparing and entering into contracts. They will also be able to identify key content in terms & conditions and employment contracts.
The workshop will cover:

•Legal issues and your website
•Employment contracts – what to include
•Where to go for more information and assistance
